Patricia brings over 20 years of beauty industry experience to ARROJO, having started as a hair assistant before working her way up to Guest Experience management. That path gives her a rare, firsthand understanding of both the client experience and the coordination behind it.

Today, she leads our Client Coordinator team with the same care she brought to the chair years ago — the warm, organized presence who makes every visit feel seamless from booking to departure.
