Client Charter Policies

To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to keep these policies in mind:

  • Promotions: Please mention any special offers at the time of booking.

  • Reservations: A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

  • Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. To avoid charges, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for appointments with Nick Arrojo).

  • Missed Appointments: Missed appointments will be charged but can be rescheduled and redeemed within two weeks.

  • Policy Updates: ARROJO Studio reserves the right to modify promotions and policies as needed to deliver exceptional service.
