Client Charter Policies
To help us provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask you to keep these policies in mind:
Promotions: Please mention any special offers at the time of booking.
Reservations: A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. To avoid charges, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for appointments with Nick Arrojo).
Missed Appointments: Missed appointments will be charged but can be rescheduled and redeemed within two weeks.
Policy Updates: ARROJO Studio reserves the right to modify promotions and policies as needed to deliver exceptional service.
