Skilled, passionate, and dedicated to bringing out the best in every client, Hailey is a natural talent with a love for transformation. Born and raised in Manhattan with Dominican roots, she grew up immersed in the diverse beauty and style of New York City. After graduating from our own Cosmetology Program, she became part of the ARROJO Studio team, specializing in modern haircutting and Kerasilk smoothing treatments.
