Star-Studded Lineup Join Nick Arrojo for Happy Monday San Francisco

Happy Mondays is one of our regular events, providing a platform to share skills and techniques with our peers. At last night’s gathering in San Francisco Nick was joined on stage by a cast of California’s top stylists, making this complimentary evening the top ticket in town.

Held at Blue Sky Studios, a storied venue in the heart of the city, Nick, James Colgan (James Colgan Union Square), and Adam Federico (AJF Sacramento) and Brian Bode (Oya, Monterey CA) from the ARROJO Ambassador Style Council  Demoed modern and creative cuts on the vanguard of fashion and beauty trends to a 150-strong audience.

Lively and engaging throughout, they took the guests step by step through the creative process –– from combing and sectioning to asymmetrical lines, disconnections and diverse applications of the straightedge blade –– as each of their standout looks took shape. The finished styles feel fresh and dynamic, yet also nod to the classic elements of hairdressing, like shape, balance and function.

Aside from a free invitation for a closeup look at the work of some of the world’s best stylists, one of the main benefits of Happy Mondays is their intimacy. It encourages conversations alongside the presentations. The business of hairdressing is often a topic of animated discussion.

Last night Nick engaged attendees by sharing his methods for driving success in his New York salon, and brand as a whole. The way ARROJO Ambassador salons benefit from building a relationship with us was another theme of the evening, particularly the way the program makes ARROJO education more accessible and affordable.

A central tenant of our culture is to encourage stylists of all levels of experience to broaden their skills and boost their confidence in their work through education. Taking Happy Mondays on the road is our commitment to sharing this message, and to elevating the perception and realization of the craft that we love.
