THE EDUCATION

ARROJO is the education brand. Our modern, creative, precision-based hairdressing method empowers stylists to create fashion-forward, beautiful, wearable hair.

Ambassadors earn ‘Reward Dollars’ that can be used to attend seminars at our Advanced Academy in NYC, and to bring ARROJO Education to your salon, where we tailor classes to your requirements.

When you become a ‘Fellowship’ or ‘Signature’ Ambassador we offer an introductory in-salon product usage and styling class. Stylists learn editorial styling techniques while getting to know the products in a practical session.

Each month at ARROJO Academy we host ‘Happy Mondays.’ This demo-only, evening seminar shows the latest trends and techniques from Master Stylists. We also take ‘Happy Mondays.’ nationwide. For Ambassadors, ‘Happy Mondays’ are free to attend.

Our flagship event of the year is ‘ARROJO Expo,’ which offers two days immersed in the culture of the brand. Ambassadors receive incentives to attend this career-shaping show.

We also host an ‘Ambassador Summit’ several times a year. We invite Ambassador Salon Stylists to NYC to teach them how to teach ARROJO techniques, which means members of your team become trained ARROJO educators –– always on hand in your salon.

THE CULTURE

There are several levels of partnership, from exclusivity to carrying our product alongside other brands.

Depending on your level of partnership, per wholesale product order we offer 20% or 10% back in ‘Reward Dollars,’ which are used to purchase back-bar liters, or to purchase ARROJO Education. Most Ambassadors spend enough real dollars to earn a free seminar in Reward Dollars every month.

Let us bring education to you. If you would like an ARROJO educator to visit your salon, we will tailor the class to your own requirements. Whether you want to focus on scissor or razor, color or texture, fundamentals or advanced our team of experienced and expert educators provide career-shaping experiences your whole salon team will remember. We can also arrange for Nick Arrojo to visit your salon to teach a class and/or be the attraction at a publicity building PR event.

To inspire and motivate your stylists, we offer stylists from Ambassador Salons opportunities to work with our artistic team at trade shows, seminars, and other ad hoc events.

THE RETAIL

To give Ambassadors the chance to introduce the products to clients in a cost-free way, we give free back-bar liters and free station samples to each salon upon sign up to the program. We also provide marketing materials.

The key to your retailing success, however, is embracing the habits of ARROJO. We ask our stylists to retail two products per client. But it is never about the hard sell. Making retail a thriving part of business is about educating your staff to educate their clients.

By being willing to share our command of hairstyling, we help each person get the most realization and flexibility out of their products, so that when the client styles their hair at home, they can recreate that salon look –– and the experience we gave them.

It builds happier client-stylist relationships, making your client more likely to return and refer (a proven fact).
